Dear Friend in Christ:
We pray all is well with you. I want to invite you to attend our annual in-person CSM Leadership Conference in Gatlinburg, TN, May 9-11, 2023. The Holy Spirit led us to the theme, “The Rhythms of Grace” out of Matthew 11:28-30, where Jesus says, “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly” (The Message).
Our featured speakers this year include Pastor Tim Parish (New Life Church, Louisville, KY), Pastor Gerard Montenegro (Faith Alive Church, New Braunfels), Pastor Charles Simpson. I will also be speaking. We will also have extended times of prayer ministry, praise, and fellowship. What a joy it will be to be together again and to share testimonies together of God’s faithfulness in these challenging times. There will also be plenty of time for fellowship, food, and exploring the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains region and the quaint town of Gatlinburg.
Our first gathering begins promptly at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, May 9. On-site check-in for the conference at the stunning Doubletree Park Vista Hotel in Gatlinburg will be open from 2-6 PM. Your conference costs not only include your room, but also delicious dinners on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Savory breakfasts are also covered Wednesday and Thursday. The exceptional worship team from Abundant Life Church (Mt. Juliet, TN), will once again lead our times of worship. They are always a tremendous blessing.

There are other options to attend the conference, so give us a call and we will be glad to let you know.

In order to keep costs down, we will also receive offerings during the conference for those who would like to give. I realize that for some, it is a sacrifice to attend, and we do our best to keep costs as low as possible. I believe that it will be well worth our time and funds to be together in worship, fellowship, and ministry.
